We want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic timepiece, even if it doesn't track the hours. If your non-functional watch isn't the perfect conversation piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the watch in its original decorative packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the item to confirm it remains in its original non-working condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
